impressed with my stay
friendly staff modern shower clear water
I found it clean and modern. the staff was friendly. the buffet service by staff was perfect. the swimming pool was immaculate. The water seemed crystal clear.

the staff was polite and courteous. sunidhi from the malabar cafe was lovely (she served us with a smile!). she took care of all our requests well.
i requested a copy of my credit card at the front desk, a request i found unusual. i have traveled to many countries, and this was the first time a hotel asked for such a copy. i am concerned about the protection of this document given the prevalence of fraud.

beautiful ambience dietary attention peaceful location refreshing pool
hyatt regency surprised us! the rooms felt well done and created a beautiful ambience. our dietary requests received thoughtful attention. the location is peaceful. the swimming pool offered a refreshing escape. each staff member greeted us with genuine smiles!
A minor detail. I felt the gym could benefit from slightly more equipment.

the hotel features a well kept gym with three treadmills and two stationary bikes, suitable for moderate workouts. the pool area includes twenty loungers and a partially shaded area for relaxation. access to nearby shopping areas is about a ten minute drive.

Malabar cafe served tasty food, especially accommodating our request for dishes without onion and garlic. The restaurant offers a selection of south indian cuisine. oriental kitchen provides thai food, crafted with fresh ingredients and authentic spices. a breakfast buffet is available with multiple options.

The front office staff managed check-in efficiently. Requests for additional amenities were handled promptly. concierge services, available twenty-four hours, assisted with directions. housekeeping provided daily service including linen and towel changes. Room service is accessible around the clock.
